Welcome to my little corner of the web
Fall Down the Rabbit Hole with Me…
I’ve spent over 20 years learning, growing and working towards my dreams of being a photographer. As a professional, I still don’t feel like I’ve “arrived” and maybe I never will. There’s always room to grow. I love learning new techniques and challenging myself.
Take a ride with me as I share my photographic journey – the good, the great and even the not so great. Because who are we kidding the business side can be hella frustrating yet hardly anyone ever seems to talk about it.
I want you to take comfort in knowing that you’re not alone. I’m right there with you and those feelings of doubt, are more frequent than most care to fess up to.
I’ll share any tips and tricks that I’ve learned along the way. I’ll be like your photo biz BFF that you’ve always wanted but only in small doses that you can handle. 😉
Your Go To Gal for Inspiration
about photography + being a business owner
I give my best advice and the occasional kick in the pants to help you get out of your own head and spring into action.
When I’m not Photographing, Filming or Mentoring, I work as the Course and Community Ambassador at Fearless and Framed, helping to build relationships + connections with photographers within the family documentary community.
Same Girl, New Site – New Feel
I’m finally breaking out of my shell ya’ll!
If you’re wondering what’s with all the current changes in my re-brand, rest assured that I’m still the same girl that you’ve grown to love. I’m just finally allowing myself to be, more of myself – to be quite frank. Unapologetically, and more freely. I turned 35, got divorced and feel like a brand spankin’ new lady.
But what about Luxe Art Images, LLC?
Don't worry, Luxe Art Images is still my baby but is for family photography services rather than business advice. This site is a place where I'll share my photography journey, give tips and help budding entrepreneurs who need that extra bit of help get on the road to success!
Let’s Get Together!
No, Seriously – Ditch the keyboard and let’s meet up in person.
I’ve become quite a bit of a social butterfly lately and have been LOVING meeting up with other photographers. I’d love to add you to my in real life bucket list.
Visiting New York? Drop me a line and we’ll meet up for coffee or drinks and have a good ‘ol time laughing and connecting. Not visiting New York? Not a problem. I’m up for travel within reason. I’m sure we can figure out the details.
